The first-time clean is how we start with almost every home — and what we recommend whenever a home has not been professionally cleaned in the last thirty days.
Your cleaner works from the same checklist as a standard clean, then spends the extra time on the things that accumulate quietly: polishing metal fixtures, wiping baseboards properly rather than dusting them, and working through build-up in the kitchen and bathrooms.
You need it once. After that, a recurring schedule holds the standard, and no visit ever has to be a catch-up again.

- Hand-washing dishes (the dishwasher is loaded instead, for liability reasons)
- Walls, carpet shampooing, utility closets and hard-to-reach areas
- Mildew removal is attempted but cannot be guaranteed
